Here is a vintage romper: 100% knit acrylic depicting heart-trimmed mushrooms in red and dark navy blue with red and navy stripes. Double plastic button closure at top of shoulder straps, decorative waist tie, and elasticized bootie feet. No manufacturer identified on tag; made in Israel. Item originated from estate that had baby and children's clothing from the 1980s.
No size tag. Based upon modern day measurements,
this item is likely infant size nine (9) to twelve (12) months, possibly as small as six (6) months.
Exterior measurements:
- Chest (armpit-to-armpit) on ONE SIDE is 9 inches (18 inches).
- Length from shoulder to bottom of bootie feet is about 23.5 inches.
- The striped portions of the romper have a moderate amount of stretch.
- Please compare measurements to baby/infant clothing you already own.
This is a used, pre-owned item in excellent condition. It has no rips, holes, fading, or signs of overt wear. The elastic in the booties is not shot/stretched out. There is a tiny speck on the front of the romper (see photos, although it's so small and light you might not see it in the photo). Item is extremely clean and smells clean as well.
Item is being SOLD from a smoke-free home that does have cats. Item originated from outside our home, and as such, we can make no guarantees as to the original environment from which it came.
