    DATING TO 1830’S
    RARE TO FIND CHILD’S SKELETON SUITS AVAILABLE ON THE OPEN MARKET
    FASHIONED OF A DARK NAVY BLUE BENGALINE, A SILK AND WOOLEN BLEND
    FULLY SEWN BY HAND THROUGHOUT
    FRONT AND REAR, CUFFS AND PANT LEG BOTTOMS IN A SOUTACHE BRAIDING
    MILK GLASS BUTTONS ARE ADDED TO EACH OF GTHER OPENINGS IN THE SOUTACHE ON THE TOP IN BOTH FRONT AND REAR
    CLOSES DOWN THE CENTER REAR WITH HAND HAMMERED HOOKS AND STRING EYES BENEATH THE BUTTONS, WITH THE SAME ACROSS THE REAR WAISTBAND…NOTE THAT THE HOOKS OPEN DOWN THE RIGHT REAR SIDE BUT NOT THE LEFT AND THE CENTER WAISTBAND IS IN A POINT DETAIL
    LINED INSIDE IN GLAZED WHITE COTTON THRU THE TOP WITH THE BOTTOM IN A MULTICOLOR CHECK COTTON WITH A RED SILK ON INNER NECKLINE
    CONDITION:
    SMALL ABSENCES ARE SEEN IN THE SOUTACHE AT CUFFS AND PANT LEGS/ A DARK STAIN IS ON THE REAR WAIST BAND WITH LIGHTER SOILING TO THE SEAT. THERE IS A PERIOD MEND VISIBLE IN THE POTO ON THE FRONT LEFT SIDE (VERY WELL EXECUTED) AND ANOTHER ON THE TOP SIDE REAR OF SMALLER SIZE
